In this paper, frequency oscillation has been present as it is an important issue in power systems, especially when joined to the new trend use alternative energies energy source, well be a big risk for inter-connection of modern electric networks. Wind farm acts and connected two buses on Iraqi system. Because low-frequency monitoring needs accurate fast, main objective propose novel online system consisting phasor measurement unit's (PMU) with artificial intelligence neural network (PMU-NN). The location units optimized using (graph-theoretic procedure algorithm) function (NN) radial basis (RBFNN). data information from inputs then predictions are made Information (target). MATLAB toolboxes (PSAT & NN) used obtain results. Finally, results, validity proposed (PMU-NN) proven tested grid (24 bus) several cases places comparison was analysis model.
